Giorgi Beridze

Priest named, with Andrei Gelovani, as a member of the Abkhazian spiritual mission formed under archimandrite Anton Dadiani in 1833 (passage a-562); the missionaries set out once the danger of attack had passed, by early 1834. The Georgian text of the same 2024 documentary collection lists him among the clergy who worked as missionaries in Abkhazia from the 1830s (passage a-563). The collection cites Ves Kavkaz and the Central State Historical Archive of Georgia f. 1458, op. 1, d. 15, l. 7.
