The Nakashidzes live in Ortsva and Dzentsmani. During Turkish rule most of them were registered as Sarajoghli; likewise the Beridzes in Dzentsmani are Sarajoghlis.

Under Ottoman rule Adjaran ბერიძე families carried Turkish-style -ოღლი bynames: ხაბაძოღლი, ქოროღლი, ჰაიდაროღლი, ოგოროღლი, ჰაჯიოღლი, ნიგაზევლოღლი, and დემირჩოღლი or დემურჩოღლი ('son of the smith') at ზესოფელი and კოკოთაური. Baramidze (2021) adds ბექიროღლი, სიღორიოღლი, ყაზანჯოღლი, ყარამემედოღლი, ფეიზოღლი, ყურწოღლი, სელიმოღლი, შირინოღლი, ხაბაზოღლი, აბუქეთელოღლი, ჩახალოღლი and თელიქოღლი; the 1922 census has ბერიძე-ახმედოღლი, ბერიძე-დაუთოღლი and ბერიძე-ხასანოღლი. Koberidze, after Topchishvili, reads them as branch lineages.
