Clearly Giorgi's tenure as eristavi (duke) came before Ivane Chkhetidze's tenure as eristavi, and accordingly the drawing up of the Topuridze blood-money charter (sasiskhlo sigeli) came before the issue of the Palavandishvili charter (1488). Hence the Topuridze charter was issued between the years 1484-1488.
