To them also belonged the lands (mitsa-tsqali) of Mamuka Beridze of Dvabzu, who, having no son, adopted Saqvareli, a kinsman of the Nakashidze house, in the XVIII century and confirmed his serfs and estate (qma-mamuli) to him.

At the turn of the 17th–18th centuries the princely (თავადი) ბერიძე house of გურია declined: the offices it had held at the court of the გურიელი passed to the ნაკაშიძე family, and the ბერიძეები were reduced to the rank of აზნაური. In the 18th century the childless აზნაური მამუკა ბერიძე of დვაბზუ bequeathed his estate to საყვარელ ნაკაშიძე.
