Akhvlediani, as quoted by Baratashvili: sheikh-ul-islams were few among Georgian Muslims; he names ჰაჯი ლომან ეფენდი ბერიძე of Zendidi, 1830. Whether he is the Hoca Loman of the muhajir debates is not proven. Claim m274; the saved text is the greenstone copy (s-nplg-8653).
