• 2008 წლის რუსეთ-საქართველოს აგვისტოს ომში სხალთა-ხიხანის ისტორიული ხეობიდან მრავალი ჯარისკაცი მონაწილეობდა, ერთ-ერთი იყო კვატიელი თეიმურაზ ბერიძე. იგი 1974 წლის 17 მაისს დაიბადა ხულოს რაიონის სოფელ კვატიაში, 1986 წელს ოჯახი გადავიდა საცხოვრებლად კახეთში, ფიროსმანში.
