Passage

rendering, not the wording of the record

The lady who handed the medical book (karabadini) to Abdul Mikeladze must be, according to the accounts of elderly people, Khumaishe Partenadze-Beridzisa. The manuscript belonged to this family; we think the copyist too must have come from the same family [Surmanidze, 1990:20].
