1915 წლიდან მამა ბიქტორი გახლდათ "ქართველთა შორის წერა-კითხვის გამავრცელებელი საზოგადოების" სენაკის განყოფილების ნამდვილი წევრი და აქტიურად იყო ჩაბმული საზოგადოების საქმიანობაში. 1917 და 1920 წელს ჩატარებულ საქართველოს მართლმადიდებელი ეკლესიის პირველ და მეორე საეკლესიო კრებებზე იღებდა მონაწილეობას.

From 1915 Father Biktori was a full member of the Senaki branch of the "Society for the Spread of Literacy among Georgians" and was actively involved in its work. He took part in the first and second councils of the Georgian Orthodox Church, held in 1917 and 1920.
