სწავლობდა სოხუმის 45-ე პროფესიულ-ტექნიკურ სასწავლებელში. 1992 წლის სექტემბრიდან ირიცხებოდა საქართველოს რესპუბლიკის თავდაცვის სამინისტროს 23-ე ბრიგადის სადაზვერვო ასეულში მზვერავად, იბრძოდა მდინარე გუმისთასთან წინა ხაზზე, აფხაზეთის ომის პერიოდში თავი გამოიჩინა, როგორც საქართველოს ერთიანობისათვის თავდადებულმა მებრძოლმა. მონაწილეობდა ბატალიონის მიერ ჩატარებულ არაერთ საბრძოლო ოპერაციაში. 1993 წლის 14 ივლისს სოფელ შრომასთან ერთ-ერთი საბრძოლო ოპერაციის დროს მძიმედ დაიჭრა, მიყენებული ჭრილობების შედეგად გარდაიცვალა 1994 წლის 27 ნოემბერს.

He studied at Sukhumi Vocational-Technical School No. 45. From September 1992 he was enlisted as a scout in the reconnaissance company of the 23rd brigade of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Georgia, fought on the front line at the Gumista river, and distinguished himself during the Abkhazia war as a fighter devoted to the unity of Georgia. He took part in many combat operations carried out by the battalion. On 14 July 1993, during one of the combat operations near the village of Shroma, he was badly wounded, and he died of his wounds on 27 November 1994.
