Claims

B-024 B Bishop იოანე ბერიძე headed the ჯუმათი diocese in Guria around the turn of the 18th century. His installation is dated 1687 (ქართველიშვილი 2006, via Georgian Wikipedia and გურიის მოამბე), 1688 (AKAK VI/2, 1875, after Bakradze's Gurian acts) and 1704 (the Shemokmedi gulani notes printed by Brosset, 1850).
