Turmanidze 2019, citing the Adjara Central State Archive f. 1, op. 1, d. 7 and d. 13; passage a-599).     For example, on 2 and 3 October 1921 meetings of the Kapandibi and Acharistskali rural communities were held, at which Sherif Abdiba, Osman Motsqobili and Memed Gogiberidze spoke. Salikh Jincharadze was elected chairman of the peasant committee of the Acharistskali rural community, and as members Osman Beridze, Akhmed Bekirishvili, Akhmed Gorgoshadze, Perat Lortkipanidze, Osman Tsulukidze, Khasan Tsiskaridze, Ali Gvianidze, Kamil Zhghenti and others (ACSA, f. 1, op. 1, file 7, sheet 6; file 13, sheets 14, 15, 27-28).
