Priest and dean of the Alerti St George church, named as donor in the 1850 inscription on its St George icon. The Caucasian Calendar lists the priest Nikolai Beridze among the Mingrelian deans in 1860 (the 1855 OCR keeps only the surname). The 2025 article names his wife Elisabed and makes him father of archpriest Giorgi (1846–1912). sweep 2 m150 m149
