დეკანოზი იოსები გარდაიცვალა 1931 წლის 1 მარტს და დაკრძალულია კუკიის ეკლესიის უკან. მის საფლავზე წარწერაა: ”აქ განისვენებს დეკანოზი იოსებ ილიას ძე ბერიძე. ამშენებელი წმინდა ნინოს ეკლესიისა, სასაფლაოს გალავნისა და მისი გარეშემო შენობებისა. დაბადებიდან 72 წლის გარდაიცვალა 1 მარტს 1931 წ.”.

Archpriest (dekanozi) Iosebi died on 1 March 1931 and is buried behind the Kukia church. The inscription on his grave reads: "Here rests Archpriest Ioseb Beridze, son of Ilia. Builder of the church of St Nino, of the cemetery wall and of the buildings around it. Died aged 72 years from birth on 1 March 1931.".
