Registered only on 9 February 2026 as a non-commercial legal entity; founders გიორგი, ვაჟა and ჯემალ ბერიძე, director ვაჟა ბერიძე. A sister charitable foundation (5 February 2026) is to build a church at ოლადაური. Statute and membership are unknown, and no entity named ბერიძეთა საგვარეულო დარბაზი was ever registered. In 2018 a group calling itself ბერიძეების საგვარეულო commissioned the Makhuntseti monument; whether it is this union is not stated.

    On 24 January 2010, in Tbilisi, at the Holy Trinity Patriarchal Cathedral, the Catholicos-Patriarch of All Georgia, His Holiness and Beatitude Ilia II, will bless the Beridzes and their descendants. The Beridze family assembly (sagvareulo darbazi) invites all Beridzes and their descendants to attend the blessing ceremony. After the blessing a Beridze celebration and feast will be held.
